How do I know your program will work?

Pain2Performance has been build and refined over 14 years of experience in the industry as both a trainer and sports massage therapist, focusing on mobility, postural alignment, functionality, coordination and strength/fitness. Over 1000 people have contributed results including general population, gym rats, youth, collegiate and professional athletes from several sports and positions including NFL, MLB, MLB, US Olympics, Pro Boxing, MMA and bodybuilding.

On top of that, Lawrence (the founder) has personally walked this journey since he got out of the military with bulging/herniated discs, knee pain and more, didn't get any help from 5 PTs, 4 chiros, 3 medications, 2 sports MDs, 1 epidural and countless trigger point injections, acupuncture with stim, massages and more. This is what set him on this path to learning pain management/fitness and helped himself along with thousands of other people break free of chronic pain so they can build strong and resilient bodies that not only look good but feel incredible.

Pain2Performance is an all in one program delivered directly to your phone with detailed instructional videos that show you how to adjust and align yourself like a chiropractor, do soft tissue work like a physical therapist, self massage like a massage therapist and includes a training and nutrition protocol like a trainer. I've never thought about working with a coach

Stop wasting time trying different exercises you see on social media or Youtube because the more time that goes by without you getting better, the worse you will get and the journey gets more difficult. You will work with us just like you would go see a physical therapist, chiropractor or trainer.

I Don't Have Time To Workout, I Barely Have Time For Myself!

Health is wealth but we often take it for granted until we're stuck in bed with excruciating pain. Most workouts are about an hour but we will work with you to make this program work with your schedule.

Weekly coaching and one on one calls

When you sign up with us, our number one priority is helping you accomplish your goals in the shortest amount of time possible and we take that seriously. Which is why we offer 1-1 and weekly group coaching calls where we will cover topics and answer your questions.

Feel like you need more time to decide if you should join us?

You don't make decisions based off of time, you make them off of information which is why we try to give you all the info before the call and have you come prepared with any other questions. Also, if you're struggling with pain - the more time you wait, the more difficult the journey back to health will be.

Do I need to join a gym?

No. You do need equipment for this kind of program, but we give you a short list of things you can buy cheaply online. But if you already train at the gym, they should have everything you'll need.

I'm scared to commit and make this decision

I totally understand. I have personally invested tens of thousands of dollars into different 'professionals' with no luck. When I finally learned how simple it is to get healthy with the right things, I became furious so I take your success personally. I don't take your investment lightly because I know how it feels to invest.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, offer payment plans and most buy now, pay later options.

Will I get a meal plan?

Yes but it's not exactly what you think. First, our meal plans have a strict zero restriction policy so unlike other coaches out there that say you can only eat chicken, rice and broccoli - we encourage you to continue eating what you like. Second, we work with you to come up with a plan that will work for you - whether thats an exact meal plan or guidelines.

But we teach our clients how to eat healthy without relying on a meal plan because if you rely on a set meal plan to see results what will happen when you leave the program and not get new meal plans? You will fall off track again. So although we give meal plans to help in the beginning we educate all our clients how to eat freely each day without following some copy and paste meal plan we see all over the internet these days.

How much does it cost?

That depends on your current situation, the level of coaching you need and what fits your budget. Your program will be customized to you and if you truly want help, we're happy to work something out to get you help.

What if I need to ask for permission before joining?

If you need to ask permission to join the program, we will have that person present on the call with us so everyone is there and gets all the information.

Can I speak with you one on one?

Absolutely. You will hear from us everyday, every weekend and once a month. Plus we do weekly coaching calls in the group. We're here for you 100%.

How Exactly Do You Help?

Our initial program has 4 phases designed to instantly get you out of pain, then build a strong and resilient body for lasting results so you don't need tons of doctors appointments in the future. It includes a variety of exercises that you would see in chiro, pt, massage and a fitness program all in one.
